Hi! I'm Samara, mum to three amazing children, primary school teacher, and of course a family, maternity and newborn photographer.

I am so excited to share how I developed a passion for photography and share my journey with you along the way! This is a quick post to introduce myself.

I’m passionate about capturing the beautiful moments that make your family unique. My love for photography began after experiencing newborn photography with my own son. From those first tiny newborn moments and milestones, I realised how important professional photography is in preserving memories that last a lifetime.

Starting with a camera borrowed from my dad, I spent years learning photography, practising with my own children and nieces, and then working as a kindergarten photographer. Today, I specialise in newborn photography, baby photography, and family photography, creating natural and heartfelt images for families across Melbourne’s western suburbs.

I have attended photography workshops, completed my newborn safety certification, and have years of experience working with young children. I create relaxed and comfortable photography sessions tailored to your family’s personality. Safety, patience, and connection are at the centre of every newborn and family session, ensuring a stress-free experience and beautiful, timeless photographs.
