Family photography is all about capturing the real moments, connection and laughs that make your family yours. My sessions are relaxed, with gentle guidance throughout so you never feel like you need to know what to do in front of the camera.
We can choose a location that suits your family, whether that’s outdoors, at home or in my studio. There’s no pressure for everyone to sit still or smile at the camera, we’ll let the kids be themselves and capture the genuine moments in between.
As a family photographer in Melbourne’s western suburbs, my goal is to create natural, meaningful photos that feel like your family.
The Family Photography Experience
Planning your Session
Contact me to plan your family photography session. A deposit will reserve your spot, and we’ll chat about your vision, preferred style, and the kind of moments you’d love captured. Once booked, I’ll send a short questionnaire so I can get to know your family a little better.
Session Day
Whether we’re at the beach, in a park, in the Melton studio, or a location we choose together, sessions are relaxed and gently guided.
You can simply enjoy the moment while I capture natural, beautiful photos for you to treasure for years to come.
After your session
Each image is carefully edited to enhance its natural beauty and create a timeless look. A gallery of 30 to 50 images will be provided for you to choose your final photos. Digital downloads are included based on your package, with the option to purchase prints or additional images.

Family photos don't have to mean getting everyone to sit still, smile at the camera and behave perfectly. Kids can run, play, be silly, need a snack or decide they absolutely do not want to participate, we'll work with it.
I’ll gently guide you through your session so you never have to worry about what to do in front of the camera, while still giving your family plenty of space to be yourselves. My background in teaching and experience working with children means I’m pretty comfortable when things don't go to plan!
Sessions can take place outdoors, at home or in my Melton studio, depending on what suits your family best. Whether you're capturing everyday family life, welcoming a new baby, celebrating a milestone or simply updating your family photos, we'll keep things relaxed and easy.
